General Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you, as a customer, place an order by clicking "Place Order" at checkout. A purchase at Cutietude.se constitutes an agreement between you as the customer and me as the seller. As a customer entering into an agreement, you must be of legal age, meaning 18 years or older and not under guardianship. If you are not of legal age, your guardian or custodian and the cardholder must approve the purchase.
Cutietude.se is aimed at end consumers, and I do not sell to other businesses. If you have a business and are interested in ordering from me or explaining an idea, you are welcome to send an email.
These terms may change at any time and without notice. The terms that apply are those listed on this page at the time of your order. You can see when the terms were last updated at the top of the page.
Payment and Pricing
All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT. The cost of shipping and handling for your order is included in the total amount at checkout. Orders over 750 SEK receive free shipping within Sweden.
I sometimes offer discounts, gifts, sales, or similar. These always have conditions that are clearly stated in connection with the offer. This may involve time-limited offers, one discount per customer, minimum purchase price, or similar conditions. All offers are valid while stocks last. If a product is out of stock or your order no longer meets the conditions for any reason beyond your control, you will still be able to take advantage of the offer.

Order
When you complete a purchase at checkout and enter into a binding agreement with Cutietude.se, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms on this page.
When an order is registered in the system, an order confirmation will be sent to the email you provided. This means that I will process the order to the best of my ability. If any issues arise, I will contact you as the customer, and if there is no response, I reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment made.
Unfortunately, products may break or be counted incorrectly during inventory, if this occurs, I will contact you as the customer. Depending on the case, you may be offered another product, a refund, or the product at a reduced price. If an entire order is missing, the order may be canceled.
Delivery
Delivery options and information about them are displayed at checkout.
The delivery time depends on two factors. I always try to ship the order as quickly as possible, and I guarantee that it will be on its way within a week. Some delays may occur around holidays and Christmas, but this will be clearly stated. Deliveries within Sweden take approximately 2-4 business days, and deliveries abroad take approximately 3-5 business days. I am not responsible for lost, delayed packages, or other errors on the part of the shipping companies, as this is beyond my control.
Shipping and handling within Sweden costs 69 SEK, and abroad it costs 149 SEK. Any fees for customs and similar may apply. Free shipping within Sweden for orders over 750 SEK.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from;
♡ the day of purchase if the card is for the customer themselves
♡ the delivery date if the card is purchased as a gift for someone else
Unclaimed Package
If you do not pick up your package from the agent, it will be returned to Cutietude.se. You who have placed an order within Sweden will be refunded the cost of the products, but a fee of 149 SEK will be charged for return shipping and handling. Customers outside Sweden will be refunded for the cost of the products, and a fee of 249 SEK will be charged for packages that are not received and are instead returned to me.
Returns, Open Purchase, Right of Withdrawal, and Complaints
After the day you pick up your package, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days. If you unfortunately are not satisfied with your product and wish to make a return, please send me an email so I can assist you with your return. Do not return any product before you have received the correct return label via email. For a return within Sweden, a fee of 149 SEK will be charged for return shipping and handling, and for a return outside Sweden, a fee of 249 SEK will be charged for return shipping and handling.
Certain products do not fall under the right of withdrawal for various reasons. This may be due to hygiene reasons or that the item is custom-ordered, such as earrings and underwear or personalized products. For me to process a return, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not break during the return shipping. Please package it in the original packaging and materials.
If a product is broken, defective, or otherwise unusable, please email me regarding a complaint instead. Again, do not return anything before you have received the correct return label via email. The product needs to be reviewed by me to determine if it qualifies for a complaint. If an entire order is complained about, you will be refunded for shipping costs, and if you only complain about part of an order, the shipping cost will remain.
Refunds are primarily made via the payment method used for the purchase and within 14 banking days, although it may take additional time for the payment method to process the refund.
Privacy Policy
To fulfill your order, I collect personal data, such as name and address. This data is used solely for delivering your product and for no other purposes. You always have the right to inquire about the information stored about you, to make changes to it, or to request its deletion.

Price Guarantee
Did you find one of my items at another retailer for a lower price? Get in touch, and I will price match, and you will receive the item at the lower price at the time of ordering. Applies only to Swedish companies and not to discounted prices.
Responsibility
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in connection with your order is up-to-date and correct. I cannot know if your email, address, or similar is incorrect. If you suspect something has gone wrong, for example, if you have not received an order confirmation, you are most welcome to email and ask. I will do everything to correct the information, but please be aware that shipping companies may charge extra fees for this.
If your package goes astray or takes an unusually long time, I ask you to contact the shipping company in the first instance, as they are best equipped to help. I cannot be responsible for what happens during the journey to you.
It is important to me that you as a customer are satisfied and that your products arrive whole and clean, therefore I package them in the best possible way. If a product breaks for any reason, please let me know. However, unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to abnormal wear and tear during shipping.
I disclaim responsibility for any errors on the website, such as typos in product descriptions or prices. If you are unsure or find something unclear, please send an email, and I will help you. In the case of an incorrect listed price, the cheaper price at the time you order the item applies. Should there be a discrepancy between the website and the answers you receive by email, I refer you to follow what has been stated in the emails.
There may be some differences between how the product looks on the website compared to when it arrives at your home. This can be due to color differences in the computer or mobile screen you view the product on; all sizes and measurements are approximate.
